What this form collects
Your name, email, business details, selected needs and any optional message or website you provide. It also records when you request a reply and any campaign labels on the link you used. A hashed network identifier supports abuse prevention; the form does not store your raw IP address.
How it is used
Worklane stores your inquiry in its private project intake and customer relationship tools to review your request, reply and plan a possible project. Submitting an inquiry is not a purchase, a newsletter signup or permission for an automated marketing campaign. Please do not send passwords, financial details or private information about your customers.
Browser preferences and hosting
The site can remember your light or dark theme in local browser storage. Worklane uses a first-party, privacy-conscious traffic record to count page requests, approximate daily unique visitors, separate likely bots from people, and retain referring host and campaign labels. It does not store raw IP addresses or add advertising trackers to the inquiry form. Hosting and network providers may process routine connection logs. The interactive demo uses sample data and is separate from your project inquiry.
Questions, correction or deletion
Email contact@worklane.ca to ask about your inquiry, correct it, request deletion or ask us not to contact you. We review these requests manually; records needed for an agreed project or required recordkeeping may need to be retained.
